Have Questions?

I am selling, renting or refinancing & need a Pool Safety Certificate. Can you help?

Yes, we can provide a QLD Pool Safety Certiticate (Form 23), which is what you need when selling or renting a property.

Notice from council received - Can you help?

We work closely with the City Council Pools Team and can assist through the process to make it as stress free for you as possible.

Do I need to be home during the inspection?

No. As long as I have access to the pool area and you let me know if there are any pets or other instructions I need to follow, you do not need to be home.

What is the total cost?

When you tap Book Now, you will be taken to the inspector who services your area and shown the prices, how to book, and their contact information.

This is a new installation of a pool or spa. Can you certify it?

No. New installations require a building certifier to complete a Form 17. However, if the building certifier has asked you to obtain a pool safety certificate (Form 23) first, we can do that for you. The certifier may then use our Form 23 to assist in completing the Form 17.

I would like to have a consultation only. Is that possible?

If an inspector visits a site and there is a pool or spa in place, we are legally required to issue a non-conformity notice (Form 26), which allows a maximum of 90 days to complete the repairs. If you are still in the planning phase and there is no pool or spa on the property yet, then yes—we can provide a consultation without issuing a notice.

How quickly can I get the certificate?

As soon as the pool passes inspection, we can issue the safety certificate. In fact, we can provide the certificate within 5 minutes if you need it in a hurry.

What happens if it doesn't pass the inspection?

You will receive a report (Form 26) containing photos and detailed information about what repairs or alterations need to be made, including suggested solutions. Our pool inspectors are qualified to conduct minor repairs, and if you would like our help, we can provide a quote to complete the work. Of course, you also have the option to do the repairs yourself or hire a contractor.
